Soak Matki + bitta masal pack in water for 12+hours
Sprout beans for 12+hours
Cook sprouted beans in instapot with 1 tablespoon salt and 5 cups of water
Thaw coconut
Keep butter outside to thaw
Puree tomatoes
Finely chop onion
Cut cilantro
Cut lime in half
Cooking:
In Saute mode, add oil, cumin, onion and fry.
Add pureed tomatoes
Add bitta masala pack
Add 1 tablespoon salt
Add cooked sprouted beans + water
Turn instapot for 25 to 30 minutes in low pressure mode.
Garnish with raw onion, cilantro, squirt of lime juice, farsan and peanuts.
