Fish marinated with a miso sauce.
In a small saucepan, bring the mirin and sake to a boil. Whisk in the miso until dissolved. Add the sugar and stir until filly dissolved. Let cool, then add fish to the marinade and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees with the briol setting. Broil fish until cooked or slightly charred (about 10 minutes).
