Miso Soup from powder mix
1. Boil the water in a small saucepan
2. Drain and slice the tofu into bite-sized chunks
3. Wash and finely chop the green onions horizontally
4. When the water is boiled, add the instant Miso mix and Tofu
5. Cook for several minutes on medium/low heat, until the tofu is ready
6. Pour into bowl and sprinkle with green onions
Goes well with rice on the side. Make sure to not dice the tofu too finely. Experiment with adding meat, or seaweed.
