So good, quick and easy. We love the the tomato and basil's fresh taste with the Brie's creaminess.
Cook fusulli as per package directions setting asides a cup or two of the hot pasta water.
Add the Brie, tomatoes, basil, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper to hot fusilli. Toss and add a cup or two of reserved pasta water to help ingredients "melt" together a bit. Serve warm topped with Parmesan.
