The sauce which used to grace every worthwhile eatery in the South but now is seldom found. Use it as a sandwich spread, salad dressing, chicken wing dip, even on french fries.
Place onion quarters and garlic cloves into blender and puree.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth and well mixed.
Let sit overnight to let the flavors blend.
This goes well into a empty, cleaned katsup bottle or any squeeze bottle.
Let your mind roam when using this sauce. It is a football party winner when used on my deviled eggs with crab or dip for vegetables and buffalo wings.
