Put everything except the bacon, onions, and ketchup in the crockpot.. Mix.
Fry up the bacon until crisp. Break into pieces and add to crockpot.
Saute onion in the bacon fat (sprinkle a little salt on it to make it carmelize more).
Add to crockpot and mix.
Heat on High for 5 hours. When ready to serve, add ketchup and mix.
