Warm dessert
The first 3 ingredients are for the berry mixture and the last 4 are for the crumble.
Pre-heat oven to 160 on dry.
Combine the plain flour, brown sugar, coconut and butter together in a bowl for the crumble topping using clean hands and gloves until the mixture is crumbly.
Combine berries, vanilla and sugar in a bowl.
Spoon half the mixture into a 65mm tray, sprinkle half the topping over berry mixture.
Bake for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with warm custard or ice-cream.
