Suggest a better descriptionMelt the butter in a heavy-bottomed pan, add the onions and cook for about 6 minuntil soft and golden. Add the garlic and ginger and cook for 2 min, then add the spices, bay leaves and a good grinding of black pepper. Cook for a few seconds, then add the vegetables, potato first, then the aubergine and mushrooms and lastly the beans. Stir in the nuts and 200ml of water. Stir well and continue cooking for 15 min.
Mix the yoghurt and cream and stir into the korma, then simmer for 4 min. Do not boil, unless you want a ghastly curdled mess. Scatter over the garam masala and the coriander. Eat with pilaf or naan.

Se tope?te untul într-o tigaie cu fundul greu , se adauga ceapa si se prajeste timp de aproximativ 6 minuntil moale ?i auriu. Se adauga usturoiul si ghimbirul si se fierbe timp de 2 minute, apoi se adauga condimentele, frunze de dafin ?i piper negru. Gatiti timp de câteva secunde, apoi se adauga legumele, cartofi mai întâi, apoi vinetele ?i ciupercile ?i în sfâr?it fasolele. Se amesteca nuci ?i 200 ml de apa. Se amesteca bine ?i se continua fierberea timp de 15 min.
Se amesteca iaurtul ?i smântâna ?i se adauga Korma, apoi se fierbe la foc incet timp de 4 min. Categoric nu se fierbe. Se adauga garam masala ?i coriandru. Se manânca cu pilaf sau naan.
