Heat oven at 200 F
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl
In separate bowl beat eggs and add wet ingredients. Beat until foamy.
Add wet ingredients to flour bowl.
Mix very well.
Heat pancake pan to medium. Test that the temperature is right with a table spoon of the mixture.
When the heat is perfect, add 1/3 cup of the mixture for each pancake you make (one at a time, of course)
Heat until bubbles form all over then pancake. When bubble pop in the middle of the pancake, flip it with a large spatula.
Heat it until vapor stops coming from pancake. Check the color underneath before transferring to an oven-safe plate. Repeat until you have used up all the batter, transferring each pancake to the oven.
Serve with margarine and maple syrup
