Combine mayonnaise and parmesan cheese in large bowl. Spread mixture over chicken breasts and top with bread crumbs as desired. I usually use either Panko breading or crushed Ritz crackers, but any breading works well. Bake at 350 until chicken is done all the way through, usually around 45 minutes.
If you want to increase or decrease the number of servings, just keep the mayo to cheese ratio at 2:1 and it will turn out just fine. I usually don't measure out the bread crumbs, but just pour out however much looks good to me when I am making it.
