Suggest a better description1. Combine all ingredients (except salmon) in a large ziplock bag.
2. Mix together.
3. Add salmon filets and seal.
4. Marinate in refrigerator about 8 hours.
5. Preheat oven to 350.
6. Put fish and about 1/2 the marinade in a shallow baking pan.
7. Cook fish for about 20 minutes (10 minutes per side) or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Check the fish often in the oven. Depending on the thickness of the filets, fish may need more or less time.
