Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let rise 15 minutes.
Mix together really warm water, molasses, brown sugar, and butter. Add yeast mixture.
Mix together dry ingredients. Add liquid and mix well. Knead for 10-12 minutes. Grease a large bowl and turn dough 2-3 times to grease all over. (Prevents a crust from forming). Let rise 2-3 hours.
Divide into 8 portions. Knead and shape into loaves. Add to greased loaf pans. Let rise 2-3 hours.
Bake at 325-350 for 40 minutes
