Use mug or bowl with 2 cup capacity
In the cup to be used, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt until well combined
Add melted butter, milk, egg and vanilla, whisk well to combine, making sure to mix in flour at bottom of cup
Place chocolate pieces in center, do not push down, will sink as bakes
Drizzle water on top
Cook high. microwave, 1 minute 15 seconds, until cake rises, edges look set but center soggy. Timing will vary by microwave; do not overbake but if need longer give it another 5-10 seconds at time.
Cake will fall after comes out of microwave
Cool for 10 minutes
Top with berries or ice cream
