Put hamburger, celery, onion, salt & pepper, in bowl .
Put egg, ketchup and milk in another bowl and mix well. Pour on top of hamburger bowl. Mix with hands and make into a ball. Put in bread pan and press down so it is even. Bake at 400 for 45 min. then add topping and bake 15-30 min. longer.
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup
Mix together real smooth and spread around on top after about 30 to 45 min. Then cook 15-30 min longer.
