1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix butter and bananas together.
3. Mix in sugar, egg and vanilla.
4. Add baking soda and salt.
5. Add flour. Bake in bread pan.
6. Bake for 1 hour. Cool.
This recipe can be adapted to make pumpkin bread by including 1/2 cup of pumpkin puree as well.
