Preheat oven to 300
Boil Chicken until tender.
Remove from Broth and cool. Then pull chicken into smaller pieces.
Save Broth for Spaghetti - My mom never did this, see poured it out and use boxed broth to make Spaghetti.
Cook Spaghetti in Broth until tender. About 8-10 minutes.
Drain liquid from Spaghetti.
Add Rotel and Cheese and stir until cheese is melted (Couple of shakes of Pepper, mom's side note)
Add pulled Chicken and stir
Bake for 20 minutes at 300 then top with shredded cheese and bake another 10 minutes
Mom's personal note on the recipe. "I always make it ahead I time and then reheat - it's better this way than right out of the oven."
No extra Salt needed.
