1. Mash up sweet potatoes until they are mushy.
2, Mix potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, butter and vanilla
3. Grease 9 x 13 glass pan
4. Pour ingredients into pan
1. Mix brown sugar, butter, flour
2. Pour over casserole
3. Place pecans and marshmallows (optional) on top. If using marshmallows, put on during last 15 minutes.
4. Place casserole in oven for 30-40 minutes at 350f
If you use all purpose flour, add 1 1/2 tsp baking powder + 1/2 tsp salt
