In a large bowl, stir together ingredients for dressing. Add warm macaroni and parmesan cheese; toss to coat well. Cover; chill 2-3 hours.
Add broccoli, pepperoni, mozzarella and tomatoes. Toss.
I steam the broccoli the night before and chill in fridge.
I prepare the macaroni, dressing and parmesan and chill overnight.
The next morning, I mix the broccoli, macaroni mixture, pepperoni, mozzarella and tomatoes together and let chill for a while before serving.
