Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 13x9 cake pan.
Mix apples & sugar. Set aside.
Mix eggs, oil, vanilla. Beat 1 minute at medium speed.
Mix dry ingredients.
Alternately add apples and dry mixture to egg mixture, stirring by hand. Stir in walnuts.
Bake for 45-50 minutes.
While cake is cooling, prepare lemon glaze. Combine all glaze ingredients and mix until smooth. Once cake is completely cook, drizzle glaze over it with a spoon.
