Sweet baked beans in barbecue sauce with pork and bacon
#1 In nonstick pot, add bacon and onion. Saute until bacon browns and onions are translucent. Add garlic, saute for 1-2 minutes more. Add beans, BBQ sauce, sugar, vinegar. Bring to low boil, turn down heat and simmer for 1/2 hour.
#2 Pour into large baking pot. (I use my crock pot ceramic insert). Bake at 350 for 2 hours. Add pineapple. Use crock pot on warm. Great for BBQ's!
Taste after 20 minutes on stove to make sure its not to sweet. Add more vinegar if it is.
