Mom's (only) pork chop recipe.
Heat oven to 325 degress.
Heat oil in skillet.
Trim each pork chop
Beat egg and milk together, dip each chop in milk mixture, coat throoughly with breadcrumbs, then fry in skillet only until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
Peel and slice potatoes and place in baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlid & onion powder, paprika and parsley. Mix together so potatoes are coated. Then sprinkle lightly with canola oil.
Place pork chops on top of potatoes, single layer.
Cover with aluminum foil and crimp edges to seal tightly.
Bake in 325 degree oven for one hour.
An apple dish like -baked apples, cinnamon apples, applesauce are great side with this.
