Beat egg in one bowl.
Combine flour and corn starch in 2nd bowl.
Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan on medium high heat.
Dip chicken wings in egg then in flour mixture.
Place chicken wings in frying pan and brown both sides. Add oil as needed.
Move chicken wings to 9x13 pan.
Continue steps until all chicken wings have been browned
While browning chicken wings, combine all ingredients for sauce in a sauce pan.
Stir until combined.
Bring to a boil over medium high heat.
Pour over chicken wings.
Bake 350(F) degrees for approximately 1 hour or until internal temp reaches 180 degrees, basting every 15 minutes.
Can also do this recipe with chicken legs or thys. Just need to bake longe and possibly use 2 pans depending on how much chicken you are using.
