Drain mushroom liquid into a measuring cup, add water to equat 1cup. Brown serloin in butter, remove. Brown onion and garlic, when onions are half done, return meat and add salt, paprika, basil, mushrooms and mushroom liquid. Add sour cream and flour. Heat through, serve over wild rice.
