Classic apple pie
Peel and cut up granny smith apples into small wedges or cubes. Mix apples with flour, Cinnamon, brown sugar and lemon juice. Pour into bottom of pie crust. Place top crust over apples. Seal and flute edges. Prick holes on top of pie and/or make small circular opening in center of top crust. Bake on a cookie pan in 350 degree oven for about 45-50 or until pie crust is light brown. Enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream on top if desired.
