This rice is rich and flavorful and goes with any meat or vegetable dishes.
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Put water and butter in large pot and bring to boil on high. Turn down heat. Add soup mix, Vegex, and salt. Pour into deep baking dish and add rice. Stir so that rice is spread evenly. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
