I'm not a huge fan of enchiladas in general, but my mom's are amazing!
Mix soup and sauce together in a pot or bowl. Toast tortillas over gas stove then dip in sauce mixture to cover tortilla. Place cheese inside tortilla and roll up. Place in baking dish coated with cooking spray, seam-side down. Pour remaining sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and browning.
