Combine first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 inch spring form pan. Press on bottom and up 2/3 of sides of pan.
Beat until smooth 3 eggs and cream cheese. Add sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and almond. Beat until smooth and then fold in sour cream. Pour into crust and bake at 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or just until set. Cool. Chill 4 or 5 hours before serving.
