1. Pour dry ingredients in a gallon zip-loc bag. Seal and shake to mix well.
2. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time, seal and shake until well coated. Repeat process until all pieces are well-coated.
3. Cook chicken in oil for 20 minutes or until fully cooked. Flip and add extra oil as needed to prevent burning.
Can substitute cooking spray for the canola oil, if desired.
