Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350?. Line 13x9-inch pan with foil strips which act as handles when removing cookies. Butter strips.
Beat butter until creamy. Add flour, sugar and salt, mix until well blended.
With floured fingers pat 1/4 cup of the crumb mixture into bottom of pan, reserving remainder mixture for topping.
Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are light brown. Remove from oven and cool.
Combine 1 cup morsels and condensed milk in a sauce pan. Stir until smooth. Pour over cooled crust. Stir pecans into reserved crumb mixture. Sprinkle over chocolate. Dot with rasberry jam over crumb mixture then sprinkle with remaining morsels. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool completely.
Mix of chocolate and rasberry is like an expensive truffle.
