A. Beat
· 1 cup sugar
· 2 eggs
B. Add and beat
· 2/3 cup veg. oil (not olive)
· 1 tsp almond extract (optional)
C. Add and blend
· 1.5 cups flour (1/2 white, ½ wholewheat is good)
D. Stir in
· 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
· ½ cup almonds or pecans chopped
E. Bake for ~ 1 hour; cool and then cut into squares
