This recipe is something my mother would make up on one of those cold days when you just wanted some comfort food. Its super easy to make and tastes great.
peel and cube the potatoes, place in a medium to larger sauce pan, rinse. Open Whole kernel corn and dump just the corn WATER over the potatoes. add diced onions, and cover with just enough additional water to cook the potatoes. Cook on stovetop until fork tender.
Once potatoes are done, add both cans of corn, the milk, and the salt and pepper. heat thoroughly and enjoy.
Variation, add cooked diced chicken and/or 2-3 strips of crispy cooked bacon crumbled.
