Suggest a better descriptionIn a 9 x 13 greased pan, spread croutons in the bottom. Spread cooked sausage over the croutons. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, and soup together. Add dry mustard and mix well. Pour over sausage. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and continue cooking until set. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
I like to make this the day before and just pull it out about 30 to 45 minutes before I bake it in the morning.
