Suggest a better descriptionPlunge tomatoes in boiling water for 30 seconds, then refresh in cold water. Peel the skins and quarter. Peel and coarsely chop cucumber. Mix the tomatoes and cucumber in a bowl with the peppers, garlic, bread, vinegar, tomato paste and olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Process mixture in blender or food processor (most likely have to do half at a time).
Chill and serve.
