Season breast halves wtih salt, pepper, montreal chicken (or something close) generously.
Move breasts to the pan as they are done.
Cook both sides until brown and temp is 165 degrees and juices run clear
Let sit for a few minutes
Slice on the short end, very thin.
Combine slices with pan juices and serve.
