Yummy yummy banana bread made with love.
PREHEAT oven 350°
1) Beat butter and eggs until fluffy.
2) Add vanilla and bananas.
3) Mix until blended.
4) Add baking soda, sugar, flour, salt and water.
5) Beat until blended. (Mixture will be slightly lumpy).
6) Grease a 9x5 or 9x12 bread pan or 8x8 casserole pan.
9x5: Bake for 1hr 10min
8x8: Bake for 45min
9x12: Bake for 40min
