Suggest a better descriptionCook roast with 1/2 bottle cooking wine & onion soup mix for 2-2 1/2 hours. Than take out and slice. Before making gravy, 1/2 jar of beef bouillin in gray. Add gravy & rest of cooking wine before putting meat back in. Cover and cook till done.
