Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Beat eggs in a large mixing bowl and add yeast
Add butter, shortening, cream cheese and mix well
Add flour slowly. May have to add remaining flour by hand
Place in bowl, cover and refrigerate overnight
Roll out about 1 tablespoon of dough at a time and cut into a square
Add a small amount of almond paste to the square and roll
Bake on baking sheet for 15 - 18 minutes
Once cooled, toss in powdered sugar and serve
