Method:
In to a frying pan add coconut oil. Heat the oil. Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown. Then add mustard seed, crushed chillies and desicated coconut and saute for a min. Then add the chopped kale.
Cook in a med heat until kale is soft and cooked .
Serve with boiled rice.
