Brown meat slowly; drain fat.
Add remaining Meat sauce ingredients.
Simmer uncovered 30 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally
Mix cheese mixture ingredients together until well blended.
Cook noodles in boiling water until tender about 10 minutes. rinse in cold water
Place half of the noodles in 13x9 baking dish. Spread half the cheese mixture , add half the Mozzarella and half the meat sauce. Repeat.
Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let stand 10-15 minutes prior to cutting.
