Always good results with this recipe that my Mom used!!!
Use white russet potatoes
Cook potatoes...mash them..... and add butter, cream, & salt.
Cool thoroughly.
Fold in flour and make into two loaves......cut into portions for
rolling into circles..... keep in fridge and take out a few at a time
for rolling. Cool Lefse after cooking & store in packages between
layers of wax paper and foil.....freeze in containers until ready to
use.
