1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cook macaroni, drain. Put noodles back in roaster pan.
3. Add cheez whiz, evaporated milk, butter and half the cheese. Mix til all are melted and mixed well.
4. Add sugar and salt and pepper to taste.
5. Make sure the noodles are well saturated with liquid before you put them in the oven. Add more milk if needed. Most will be absorbed by noodles while in the oven.
6. Bake at 375 degrees until bubbly on top. ~30-45 min
7. Add the rest of the cheese on top and put back in the oven until melted. ~15 minutes.
