Italian meatballs and sausage for sauce
Put meat in a large bowl. Create a "swimming pool" in the center of the meat using your fist. Crack eggs into the "pool." Mix with your hands. Add bread crumbs, garlic powder, salt, pepper, parsley and grated cheese and mix with hands. When everything is blended together, form into 28-32 balls. Fry meatballs in a layer of olive oil. OR bake meatballs at 375 for about a half hour, turning meatballs every 10 minutes.
Cook the sausage on 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes per side.
