Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients except chili sauce, bacon, and the gravy ingredients (mushrooms, butter, beef gravy, red wine). Mix well with hands. Form meatloaf and place in baking dish. Coat top lavishly with chili sauce, then with bacon. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
GRAVY: (mushrooms, butter, beef gravy, pan drippings, red wine)
Sauté mushrooms in butter. Add gravy, drippings and wine and heat together. Serve with meatloaf.
