Dump all ingredients except gravy in KitchenAide Mixer on "stir" - just until well mixed.
Shape into loaf in a glass baking dish.
Cover w/ foil and Bake @ 350° for 2 hours 15 minutes. Check after an hour (remove/scrape off fat)
Uncover, cover w/gravy bake for 10 minutes.
Let meat rest at least 5 minutes before serving
