My mom is famous for this crust, and is frequently asked to bring the pie because of it. It is so light and flaky.
Cut oil into flour and salt with a fork. Sprinkle in water and cut until mixed. Roll between two sheets of waxed paper and lay into pie pan using the bottom paper to carry.
