Place Ribs in a greased roasting pan.
Bake, uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes.
Drain the grease off.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil and cook for one minute.
Spoon sauce over ribs.
Cover and bake for 90 minutes.
Uncover.
Bake 30 minutes longer, basting once after 15 minutes.
Prep time: 2 hours, 45 minutes.
