Suggest a better descriptionCombine all ingredients up to the ground beef.
Add ground beef and mix well.
On wax paper shape the mixture into a 12"x8" rectangle.
Top with sauerkraut and 3/4 C of the cheese.
Using the wax paper to lift and beginning with the short side, roll up the meat jelly-roll style.
Press ends to seal and place the roll seam side down on an 13x9 oven pan.
Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.
Top with remaining cheese and bake 3 minutes more.
You can replace the relish and the dressing with 1/4 C ketchup and its a very good meatloaf as well.
