Great sauce for spaghetti or for use with other pasta recipes such as lasagne or baked ziti.
Cut onion and carlic and heat up with a little oil in saucepan. When onions are clear and garlic begins to turn brown, add ground meat and brown with garlic and onions. Drain.
Prepare sausage separately.
Add tomato sauces after draining meat and season to taste with oregano, salt, pepper, garlic powder, sugar, and grated cheese.
When saudage is prepared, cut up and add to sauce.
Simmer 15 minutes or more to allow flavors to cook through.
Serve over pasta or in other recipes.
