My favorite vegatable!
Thaw frozen spinach removing most of extra water. Fry diced bacon in pan until crisp. Remove to paper towel to drain off fat. Remove all but 2 tablespoons bacon fat from pan. Add diced onion to pan scraping up bacon fond. Cook onion until golden about 5 minutes on low. Add potato flour to onion, then add chicken bouillon. Mix well. Add spinach and mix cooking on low heat for 3 minutes. Top with reserved bacon.
