Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage until very well cooked. In a separate pot melt the stick of butter. Saute bell pepper, onion and celery until very soft. Add browned sausage, stuffing mix, broth, bouillon cubes and spices. Stir well and then add the two eggs and stir well again. Cook on low for about 3-5 minutes just to cook eggs. Stuff the turkey or place in a baking dish to cook in the oven until browned on top.
